The Solutions Engineering Intern will assist the sales team with technical support for Oracle Cloud Applications, focusing on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). This program offers hands-on experience in a dynamic technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with technical and functional inquiries about Oracle Cloud Applications
• Assist in developing presentations and product demonstrations for customers
• Learn and understand Oracle ERP/EPM solutions and communicate key features to clients
• Collaborate with colleagues across the EMEA region for knowledge sharing
• Engage with customers during meetings to address questions and demonstrate Oracle solutions
• Build positive working relationships with clients and team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, ICT, Accounting, or Finance-related field
• 0-2+ years of experience
• Basic understanding of ERP/EPM solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Driven and results-oriented mindset
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
